Beds on Clouds is a jewel in the crown of the Great Northern Catskill Mountains. The 1854 Victorian Osborn House was founded in 2001 by Susumu and Rebecca Sato and was transformed into Beds on Clouds in 2004 after extensive renovations to restore the house to its former glory.

Here in the heart of Greene County, our guests can experience nature’s beauty throughout the Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.

During your stay in our historic Windham, NY B&B, enjoy the beauty of our guest rooms all featuring hand painted clouds by Artist Betty Sweet on each bedroom ceiling. Enjoy a restful night’s sleep with feather beds, down comforters and pillows. Each room is adorned by a collection of original paintings and photographs by artists Sacha Beres, Rebecca Blake, Gianni Spinazzola, Susumu Sato and Romano Vitali, to name a few. With delicious filtered water provided throughout the property, you are shielded from harmful, toxic contaminants.

Beds on Clouds is just a short walk or drive to spectacular views, scenic hiking, world-class skiing at Windham and Hunter mountains, and Windham shopping and dining.
