What Are the Rates Per Season?
The rates change for the Autumn and Winter seasons. The Autumn season rates are in effect from September 29, 2009 to October 27, 2009. The winter Season rates are in effect from November 27, 2009 to March 20, 2010. For all other times of the year, we quote our Spring and Summer rates.

AAA Discounts?
The rates quoted on this site are our AAA rate. We prefer to offer all our guests the same affordable rates.

Any other discounts?
10% 5-Night Discount – We offer multiple night discounts during non-holiday midweek periods. If you stay five consecutive nights, Monday through Thursday (non-holiday) ask for this discount when making your reservations.

Ski Season, Saturday & Sunday: 7:30AM to 9:30AM
(ski slopes open at 9:00AM weekdays and 8:00 AM Windham/8:30 AM Hunter on weekends)

Other Seasons: Every Morning 8:00AM to 9:30AM

Will I Have Cell Phone Service?
Yes, but sometime the data doesn’t work due to our mountain location or weather, but we have wi-fi access as well.

Are Children Allowed?
The Inn has 2 rooms that can accommodate a family of three by adding a rollaway cot or crib. A family of four or five will have to reserve two rooms. The back house which houses the Cloud Studios sleep up to 4 people in each room.

What Are The Front Desk Hours?
We are now contactless check in. The Innkeeper is always accessible after hours by calling or texting (518) 819-6986. Once booking is made and payment is processed, you will receive a text from this number with the instructions on how to access the lockbox to get your keys and how to find the room.

Are Gratuities Included?
Gratuities are not included in the room rates and are left up to your discretion. You may leave housekeeping gratuities in your guestroom.

Do You Have Internet Access?
The Inn has Wi-Fi access.

What If I Left A Personal Item At The Inn?
Check your room carefully for all belongings before checking out. Forgotten items will only be mailed back if you call within 2 weeks of your departure date. Their postage can be charged to your Visa or MasterCard number with a $5 minimum fee.

Do You Provide Parking On Site?
The Inn’s parking lot provides ample free parking – in front of the house or in back of the Inn weather permitting.

Do You Accommodate Wedding Groups?
Beds On Clouds can accommodate wedding groups in the months of May and June. There are a number of area restaurants for wedding receptions. Ask us how Beds On Clouds can become a venue.

Are there restaurants within walking distance of the Inn?

Yes, There is Lillie’s Steakhouse and Cocktails, Windham Pizza and the Windham Diner directly across the street 4 doors up.  Then further up there is the Tap Room which is the local brew pub, Zicatella’s, which is Mexican, the Millrock, which is Italian.

The Windham Diner serves breakfast all day and is open 7 AM – 8 PM.
